I came to this thread hoping this was a DC Comics movie I didn't know was getting made.

Looks like Mr. White returns. Really hoping the storyline isn't Bond discovers his parents' death wasn't accident and was caused by Spectre. That'd basically be Spiderman. If you look at the paper Bond is reading, it looks like Waltz's character was at one time Bond's guardian.
Really cool to see SPECTRE return. Can't believe they went ahead and put Waltz in the trailer as the head of SPECTRE. Makes you wonder if he's really going to be Blofeld or if there's going to be a twist to that.
Also, why the "Coming Soon" line at the end? They did that on the teaser poster a few weeks ago. Is the date not set?

Yeah I'm kind of hoping that as well. It wouldn't make sense either since his parents died in a climbing accident when he was a kid. Now I personally think this is going to focus around Bond finally avenging Tracy's death by taking out SPECTRE. If that's even possible.

If I had no history of watching Bond movies, I would still want to see that. Fantastic trailer.

As the proud owner or every single James Bond film, I am absolutely pumped.

Looks cool..will watch. Still wish for a more suave and funny bond.

That's what I've been hoping for. It would be epic....but I bet most people wouldn't be familiar with that storyline. However that bullet hole logo still makes one wonder if that will be brought up.

I saw an interesting theory from Beyond the Trailer on YouTube where they theorize that Blofeld is actually the kid whose head is cut out of the picture. Thus making Bond and Blofeld brothers.
By the way, fantastic teaser trailer.

Anxiously waiting; ready!

Absolutely not! I read the script (and would be more than happy to send you a copy) and SPECTRE has no ties to the death of Bond's parents. There is a connection through his foster family, but it has nothing to do with death or Bond on a revenge tour.
And without spoiling anything (unless you want me to flat out say it) there is a major twist with the Waltz's character - also he isn't Bond's guardian.
At the meeting, Waltz's speaker keeps referring to a man called the "Pale King" (Waltz doesn't say a word until the very end when he calls out Bond, to Bond's surprise). Bond discovers The Pale King is Mr. White, and in the trailer scene, he's hiding in a panic room. ;) I was surprised they put him I'm the trailer because his scene seemed like it was meant to be a twist.
The story is perfectly structured and I can't wait to see it on the silver screen. I don't believe it could have been written any more perfectly than it was. The teaser was sort of a tip of the iceberg. The organization is bigger than you can imagine and the trailer served it no justice. I will say this: all of Craig's previous Bond films have ties to this one. It starts out as a mystery that grows bigger and bigger leading to an epic game of cat and mouse. It's laid out like a classic Connery film, but with a stronger subplot.
