ive been looking forward to this one for a long time. like another poster(s), one of my favorite movies of all time was 'the right stuff'. ive been wanting more of this genre. apollo 13 was pretty darn good too. there was a book that came out recently about apollo 8 called "rocket men". it was a completely fantastic book and in my opinion would make an incredibly movie also.

This looks good. Not sure I'll see it in theaters, but will definitely watch eventually.
Side story: We were cleaning out my grandmother's attic last year, and found a stache of newspapers from famous events. It was the Baton Rouge Advocate and there were papers from Kennedy getting assassinated, Oswald being killed, stuff like that. Anyway, one of them was from when we landed on the moon. It was pretty cool.

Just saw that clip they're running before movies now, and oh my gosh it looks absolutely incredible. Historical dramas/biopics can be super cheesy, and this looks so far from that. I can't wait.
