Don't think I can choose a single one. One of my all-time favorites.
One nobody has mentioned is the one in the Bahamas. Good story lines for all of them except Chandler and Monica who were at least entertaining in the episode(s).

I like when Chandler and Monica are still in hiding and Joey is the only one that knows. Its not one episode but a few, I think.
