Basically the first 4 seasons of Spongebob.
Rockos Modern life: Melba, dating service, reuniting the fathead's.
Hey Arnold: Chocolate Boy gets off of chocolate. The one when the guy can't read.
Rugrats: no shadow time.
Angry Beavers: invisible glasses.
Fairly Odd Parents: wish to be popular.

Of the non-classics, I'd (and my youngest son) have to say the Phineas and Ferb cartoons are great - with the last epi. ever coming June 12.

ETA: Although it's not my favorite Bugs/Fudd episode. My favorite is the one where Fudd has Bugs brainwashed into thinking he's Fudd, while Fudd is Bugs only so Fudd can get out of tax evasion (I forget what the name of it was though).

It was a toss-up between that one and the one in which the hats are all falling from the sky and give Bugs and Fudd different personalities as they land on their heads.
They'll never make cartoons like that again. It all has to be educational, cause-related or dirty these days.
