I enjoy the show for what it is. Mindless summer entertainment where you can disregard the subpar acting. But from the looks of last season, it looks like the human race is making a comeback with the help of the good aliens, so it's hard to see where they'll go from here.

So they are split into 3 different groups, right? The group in the internment camp, the group in hippy China Town, and the group still on the road, correct?
And in the previews, was that a new alien species that they showed, or was he some sort of brown fish head?

I stopped really paying attention or even caring that much for this show into season 2, heck I don't even remember the main finding his wife and daughter again.

Yep. That about sums up the premiere. Decent episode but it needs to take off. I think it's clear that Lexi is going to be a villain this season and Tom might have to kill off his own daughter. I don't like the vibes I'm getting from her, she freaks me out. Pope is such a goddamn shithead, he needs to die, I don't care who does it.
Maggie looked so damn hot too in this one.
