Thinking about doing this for the Mud release.

TWBB, Mud, Assassination of Jesse James,... might all get the treatment.

So special

Nah. What's the advantage? I've bought a couple Criterion collection Blu Rays, but I never used any of the special features.

I got the Thin Red Line and the Darjeeling Limited. Both great bonus features.

I own 15-20 criterions. Almost all of them are older movies that didn't get a good transfer or special features. But now with most things streaming it's rare that I actually pop in a disc much less watch special features.

I have two criterion blurays:

Days of Heaven
The Thin Red Line

Thinking about getting Seven Samurai. Love criterion's special features.

I wish they would release at least one John Carpenter movie. The Thing, Halloween, Escape from New York, They Live would all be worthy.

If I had the money, I'd buy them in a heartbeat. Criterion's quality and special features are unmatched.
