Can he support his Nightwing theory with even one single shred of evidence from the films? Not comics. The Nolan films.

Of course not.

John Robin Blake became the next Batman.

The world imploded from the hackery of the conclusion actually.

There never was another Batman.

all of this

but if they made a 4th movie it would last 5 minutes and would end in john blake dying because he has literally no fricking training

One of many reasons the end of that movie was a trainwreck...

which ironically is how Batman Begins, the BEST one of the trilogy, ACTUALLY ended.

Mind blown. Nolan is a genius.

Batman. That was the wholw point of the series was that batman was a symbol for gotham, not an individual

Make a tee-shirt then, don't send a rank amateur with an baseless inflated sense of self-importance to be slaughtered trying to stop his first 7-Eleven hold-up.

I like to think that he takes up the mantle of being Gotham's protector.

I don't believe there is any clear indication as to what identity he will assume.

because the random title of nightwing will just dawn on him out of nowhere instead of the ever influential and recognized title of batman?

Funny this argument doesn't seem to matter for League of Their Own.

You know, I've got to bring up a gripe about TDKR.

Wasn't the whole concept of The League of SHADOWS to be kind of ya know, behind the scenes? Sacking Rome, burning London, cleansing Europe with The Plague...all behind the scenes stuff. Sort of like gotham just having a mass riot and killing half the town would have been in Batman Begins.

Does it make sense that they would just show themselves to the world and commit the most high profile terrorist act in history instead of acting more subversively like they had been for thousands of years?
