Ehhhh, if they hadn't fricked Archangel and Psylocke so much I'd say Uncanny X Force or gtfo.

THIS is the best X-Force cast. Sub DP for Dazzler and make Cable the leader then you have the workings of a great movie. I think making DP the leader is folly. He's too erratic for that, and this is more of a capitalization on popularity than good storytelling.

That team got better once Rictor and Sunspot rejoined.
Perfect team for me, pure black ops like Wolverine ran for Cyclops taking out threats to mutants that the X-Men couldn't publicly kill.

Not a bad idea, but this will probably follow pre-Logan continuity, and most think of Logan as stand alone anyways.
Maybe it could begin with the X Force team finding a cloned X23, and focus the story a bit from her perspective after joining up with them. Cable mentoring her like he did Hope Summers.
Mr. Sinister would make a great villain for this, tie in a little mutant massacre for extra plotline.

Come on, you gotta give me a Liefeld trigger warning. I wasn't expecting to be exposed to art so hideous and forms so misshapen in this thread.

Which aspect of it though...the overall plotline was the apocalypse seed and archangel.
They would really have to dumb down the plot.

It was pretty early in his career, so the pouches are still at a somewhat reasonable number. But we already have ridiculously sized guns.

Yes his art is hideous, but his XForce run was quite good and brought the series to popularity. Regardless of Liefeld though, that team is a great mix of characters. Wolfsbane, Warpath, Cannonball and Shatterstar are all fun characters (Dazzler is annoying though). Add those with Deadpool, Cable and Domino and you have a great cast.
I do like X-23 from the Logan film, but prior to that I would say keep her character away from this. I want no Wolverine in this. Give me something fresh and different. However, she was so great in Logan that I'd love to see her some more.

The blonde isn't Dazzler, it's Boom Boom, later just Boomer. Pretty much a Jubilee knock off.
