The people they had on the show were so maddeningly incompetent.

Back in 2000, when my family went to Universal Studios we were sitting outside of the Nickoldeon studios..some guy from inside asked us if we wanted to come inside and test out some of the new game ideas for double dare..we got to meet all the producers and the host and everything,we got in the suits and was on the actual set trying out new games..it was pretty cool..

The thing that always made me laugh was that a lot of the time the grand prize was a trip for 4 to universal studios and thats where they already were.lol.

Also,if you needed a bmx bike, some new camping gear and some fresh British Knight Dymacels then Double Dare is where you went to make it big.

I think I could have completed the obstacle course 100 times out of 100. Good christ, those kids were bad at it.

It's now used as a theater for the Blue Man Group.
