I liked Nucky's performance, but Chalky, Capone, Gyp, and Harrow are just on a different level of bad arse.
The only one I character I didn't like Dr. Narcisse. Margaret and Gillian were both annoying as all hell but that was the point of their characters.

It gets much better in the final season. Stick with it.
Frankly I enjoyed seeing Buscemi in the role and thought he did a good job.
