Do you think the Justice League Feels Sorry for Batman???

And they placate him by "letting" him help them? Kinda like how adults play football with toddlers, letting the carry the ball and score?
"That's a gooooood boy" :Superman pats Batman on the back:
I mean, we are talking about a guy who can't keep a man dressed like a clown in check...about a dude who struggles against a midget in a penguin costume.
How ridiculous is it Batman was forced into this league? How much does it really hurt his character?
No one with any common sense is going to buy any Superman vs. Batman scenario in their upcoming movie.
Batman is awesome by himself....he is absurd when forced down our throats as a true SUPER hero.

Dude, dossiers. And files. And notes.
Oh my.
Oh my.

Seeing as how Bruce has a plan in place to neutralize most of the Justice League as well as his keen detective skills, I say he is very much an asset to them.
By the way I am not one of those folks here that seem to think that Batman is 20 foot tall and bulletproof.

He's their overly melodramatic friend that they tolerate because the can always stick him with the tab.

Dossier...
As if Superman/Flash couldn't open up Microsoft Word, type in a few facts, print the document and stick it in Manila folder

Hells no. Batman is a badass with dossiers and shite.

I don't think you can have Superman call him the most dangerous man on the planet and then say the superheroes are just placating him.

The comic writers would say no, you fool.
Their words.
Their words.

That would be the definition of placating him

Been saying this shite for years. I hate Batman in the Justice League. The inclusion of him in the group as the master tactician, while the only viable role he can play, is not only a disservice to him because it makes it clear that he has no real role in the league, but also a disservice to the other heroes because it dismisses the fact that the other heroes are not morons in need of direction. Both Superman and Martian Manhunter are highly intelligent; at least on par with Bruce Wayne. In sum, Batman makes no sense in the Justice League and should not exist in a world of superhumans.

Not when you say it's like adults playing with a toddler there, genius.

The Dark Knight Returns laughs at this

Yeah I agree with you. His enemies wouldn't stand a chance against anyone else.

The Dark Knight Returns was written as a spoof, you just haven't realized it yet.

There is a huge disparity in strength, or power, when it comes to a lot of the JL members. But that's not the only attribute one should take into consideration now, is it?
