It's a wonderful life.
that's probably just a defacto answer because i feel like my top 5 is pretty fluid based on recent viewings. i don't know that it's my true favorite, but it seems to be my best answer
i never miss it Christmas eve and we cut onions as a general rule every year at around 9:50 to disguise our blubbering.
my top 5 rotation outside of IAWL:
Dark Knight
Interstellar
Good Will Hunting
Shawshank Redemption
Monty Python (upon repeated viewing, i could see Deadpool nudging this out for pure slapstick humor's sake)

The Social Network is definitely my favorite movie of this decade. The others before this decade are too hard to narrow down to one.

I saw Blood Simple in the theaters, which opened my eyes to indie cinema. So it'll always be the most "important" film to me personally. But my favorite?
Memento.
Memento.

I'd have to say Night of the living dead. Loved it as a kid, I miss being a kid and watching it..so that.
