Any iteration of the show will do.

Mine:

The Enterprise visits the "food manufacturing" planet Wonka-1 to negotiate for Wonkavator technology to upgrade their tubolifts and escape pods.

The crew soon realizes that the place is run by a maniacal dictator who tortures children and has enslaved an entire population of diminutive orange sentient beings.

Picard is faced with Prime Directive decisions when an Oompa Loompa befriended by (of course) Data asks for asylum.

B plot - Worf incorporates Hornsnozzlers, Snozzwanger and Whangdoodles and even Vermicious Knids into his calisthenics program and also manages to obtain some Fizzy Lifting Drink to help him in his battles with them.

Following an odd transmission by the corporate freighter Nostromo, Picard and crew set off for a distant and unknown to to Starfleet planetoid, that was inhabited by company employees known as LV-426.

Upon arriving, the planet looks severely deserted. Data finds a girl who refuses to talk. So the crew take her back to the sick bay.
Data and the captain return to find the entire away party not at their post. Upon tracking them they are found to be locked into a gooey wall. Each complaining of stomach pains.

The captain hails to the enterprise are going unanswered and data's emotion of fear has made him unstable. Data raves on and on about a new species. Finally Worf who was unconscious awakens. He tries to speak, but is cut short by spasms. His stomach erupts in a dark purple blood and a snake like alien creature comes out of him and escapes.

B plot, Dr Crusher meets a shy new friend and something on the enterprise is making people panic.

Harry Kim and Tom Paris have their weekly sleepover where they watch old earth movies. This week they watch a monster movie about Kolak from the planet Twilo.

The next day as Paris is going about his duties he notices everyone acting strangely. When he goes into the mess hall for breakfast Neelix is only serving scrambled rigelian walnuts. In the turboshaft, Ensign Wildman is eating rigelian walnuts. Throughout the day he notices many of the crew eating rigelian walnuts. It really begins to freak him out when he notices everyone who he has seen eating the walnuts is missing their thumbs. The same crew who keep insisting he try these delicious walnuts.

He finally gets away from the crew and races to Harry's quarters. He chimes to be let in but nothing. He asks the computer where Harry is. He is in his quarters. Paris uses his security code to unlock Harry's door and when he does Harry comes sliding out into the hallway on a giant mound of rigelian walnuts.

Then Paris wakes up. It's all been a dream.

B Plot: Kes and Neelix wonder why no one really seems to like them; never figure it out.

Picard and the crew of the starship Enterprise returning to earth after their 10 year mission are unable to communicate with anyone on the planet or any ship in the vicinity. They arrive in the solar system and discover that none of the space stations or conventional satellites that should be in orbit around the planet are present. Planetary scans and unconventional communication monitoring reveal an earth that seems to have regressed in time.

Picard asks for hypotheses and Data responds that there is insufficient data to form a logical hypothesis. The Enterprise is able to use conventional communication to contact non-human species within the Milky Way Galaxy so Data offers that the phenomenon seems to be confined to earth and its development. Has the earth or the Enterprise somehow gone back in time? Has the course of history somehow changed? Is the Enterprise experiencing an alternate universe?

Picard orders an away team led by Commander Riker including Data to investigate.

B plot: Counselor Troy is having a difficult pregnancy with Worf's child though she is now married to Riker so she will not be part of the away team.....

The Enterprise is called to the planet, Tattooine, with some much needed replacement parts for malfunctioning moisture vaporators. They are in contact with a group of droids, in charge of overseeing vaporator maintenance. When in orbit, they hail and get proper coordinates. Kirk and Spock beam down and trouble ensues. It's a trap. It turns out, that these weren't the droids they were looking for...

B plot: Too many tribbles in Mos Eisley, oh what will we do???

Unlikely since the Borg would likely have greeted them with several cube ships and prepared them for assimilation. Resistance is futile!!

The crew of the Enterprise are on a routine mission to escort a contingent of refugees from the Gazorpazorp system. All of the sudden the enterprise is unexpectedly boarded by an erratic human scientist and his dweeby looking grandson. They were able to board the Enterprise by using a portal that opened on the bridge. This caused Commander Riker to accidentally fall through the portal's to the scientist and grandsons home. The scientist was adamant that one of the refugees stole his Meseeks device that used ensalved sentient beings to perform singular tasks. The refugees denied this which schwitfly leads Captain Picard to try to diffuse the situation by "showing them what he got".

B Plot: Commander Riker and Jerry find they have a lot more in common than meets the eye.

Yeah, but they were too late. This is the aftermath of the Borg invasion (the planet is empty). They will find chunks of the earth missing too.

Willy Wonka seems like it would work better in the Doctor Who universe than star trek

The USS Enterprise is called to assist an observation outpost on a primitive Class M planet. The researchers in the station, studying the abnormally long seasons, become worried when war breaks out among the many communities on the planet (thus endangering the outpost) and the outbreak of a virus that causes the dead to reanimate.

While McCoy assists the medical crew in finding a cure, Spock and Kirk come to realize the dead are being animated by a few powerful beings in the far northern region of the planet. As the abnormally long summer shifts into what the researches belief will be an abnormally long winter, those beings in the north are growing in power.

Kirk, worried that malevolent beings from the north could someday pose a threat to the Federation debates on how or if to confront them.

Plot B - Scotty goes missing after his shuttle craft goes down due to damage from a large, fire-breathing lizard. He is later found in a bar drinking with a very clever midget.

While passing through a cosmic cloud, Kirk and Spock exchange places with a WWII PT boat commander and his ensign, finding themselves on the South Pacific island of Taratupa. They learn about the miserable existence of the PT crew and their suffering under a tyrannical military despot and his sycophantic lieutenant. Kirk decides to help the poor crew and aids them in setting up a Monte Carlo casino night with gambling and illegal liquor, so the crew can raise enough money to have plastic surgery performed on Spock's ears and buy Kirk a new hairpiece.

Meanwhile on the Enterprise, the bumbling ensign accidentally triggers the doomsday machine that will destroy the entire galaxy. All seems lost until the PT boat commander comes up with a plan to trick the Klingons into disarming the device.
