JEJ didn't sound like the Vader of the early 80s in Rogue One. I don't think it's an issue.

Pretty much this, as a prequel remake and rewrite. This should have been some of the key subject matter for Episode III.

Yawn

I'd much rather a stand alone with the Sith that takes place before the prequels and focuses on their behind the scenes plan/struggle. Vader killing people for two hours with no suspense on what is to come would suck.

I could see them doing it, but since it's Disney it would be disappointing I'm sure. Disney and dark content don't mix.

I am going with NO.

Episodes 1-6 are Vader's story. The main movies are the Skywalker arc, let the others expand the universe.

Pretty Woman was a Disney movie. So was Pulp Fiction.

Considering we'll be getting a movie every year from now until forever, I'd say its bound to happen at some point.

They could use the period between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. They could call it...Shadows of the Empire.

Would love to see a Star Wars movie completely seperate from the skywalker era. Similar to knights of the old republic, story wise it would add to the universe and for action, I'm picturing a massive sith vs Jedi fight

The new star wars movies are just fan pandering and pushing a progressive agenda. Don't ruin vader for me.

I would like to see something about:

1. Revan and Malak era

2. Darth Bane story

I mean hell, the title is already there.

Star Wars
Darth Bane- The Rule of Two

As a side note, I did not know that Count Dooku's call sign was Darth Tyranius.

Was the old Republic era included in the canon wipe?

I think so. There are some great story lines that would make good movies. Revan was about 3900 years before ANH. I think Bane was about 1000 years before ANH.

The prequels should have started with Anakin being 20 yr old Jedi. They could have told his childhood stuff in backstory.

Ep 2 should have covered Clone Wars with beginning of his fall to dark side as the cliffhanger.

He could have turned to Vader early in Ep 3, thereby allowing most of that movie to explore he and Sidious brutally rising to power

GOAT Star Wars video game. Top 5 N64 game.
I'm still waiting on my Dash Rendar movie almost 20 years later.

Female and "people of color" leads because we must show how progressive Star Wars needs to be. When it's blatantly in your face, it's annoying and not immersive.

One of the Writers of this film:

And the pandering in The Force Awakens was laughable. Lets bring back the whole gang just so people come see it.

The story sucked, it was a rehash of the old trilogy in one move. Jedi found on a desert, aligns with the "rebels" against the "empire" to destroy the "deathstar"--uncreative and garbage. However, it looked stunning.
