That would mean it's a comedic version of Hendrix's cover of All Along the Watchtower. An even better remake of what was already a classic thing.

How about if I just call him an opportunist for flaking for a movie that he's going to profit off of, just like any other actor/producer doing press before a movie's release?
And for the record, again, someone can dislike a thing without the reason being nefarious. What the protectors of this film are trying to do is to inoculate it from criticism by suggesting that all criticism revolves around misogyny, racism, etc. There may certainly be some of that, sort of like there was some of that for Michael B. Jordan's turn as Johnny Storm in the latest Fantastic 4 remake. Of course, much like that horrendous steaming pile of shite, this movie may very well suck all on it's own, regardless of the fact that all the leads have vaginas and one of them has a black one.
Honestly...what they are doing in defense of this movie is kind of more disgusting than what they're claiming is driving the criticism.

I don't WANT to hate this movie, but the trailers that I've seen have been steaming piles of crap. Relying on cheap gimmicky humor and playing the race card seems to be their modus operandi for this one.

The hate for this movie (a movie that hasn't even been released yet) is unreal. I'm not saying it will be good but it has some really talented people in it. We should at least wait until it comes out to make a judgement.
