He was a good quirky character but not really funny in his own right. A show about him would get annoying.

I agree. I'll repeat what I said in another thread, most of the characters on Parks and Rec really only worked in fairly small doses. Except Ron Swanson. And Ben Wyatt and Mark Brendanawicz who were pretty vanilla.

As in, he (and maybe Ann) are the 2 main characters and everyone else is new?
Idk...they'd have to have great supporting cast. P&R worked because just about every character was perfect in their role.
