I think so. Her tits are pretty big in that picture, and it's from 13 years ago. Look at her body in Firefly and MM. She does weigh more. She's still freakishly hot, but heavier, and her tits went along for the ride. Not uncommon.

Do I understand why the "fuss" started? Yes, and its valid.
She is an attractive woman that is incredibly hot and sexy on that show. Part of that is her personality and part of that is the makeup artist and wardrobe people on set.
Imo, she doesn't deserve the Jessica Alba type awe she gets though. A great many women could look as hot as Hendricks if they had the same resources.
