Being John Malkovic is 1, but I'd say 40YOV is second. The only other movies I can think of her being in are Adaptation (playing herself in Being John Malkovich) and Synecdoche, which was so bad I stopped watching after 20 minutes).
ETA: IMDBing her, Death to Smoochie was terrible (and I LOVE her as well as Norton and Robin Williams), and she only had a small role in Into The Wild. Aside from those roles, she has little going.

There first movie I ever saw her in (I forget the name) has a plot line where she's got a bad marriage and so she starts f'ing a teenage Jake Gyllenhall. She was about 40 at the time.
Something about her in that movie turned me on, and since then I've always had a thing for her.

"Death to Smoochie" is a good movie. one of my top 5 dark comedies.
