I am 100% positive the girl in the photos who was Miss Oregon is Kari Ann Peniche. The girl who was in the sex tape with Eric Dane from Greys Anatomy and his wife. The same girl who was on Sex Rehab and Celebrity Rehab. The girl who will lose custody of her son because of her meth addiction. Hands down one of the most vile people I have ever seen on television.
Now I think there is a zero percent shot that the actual girl is Kari Ann Peniche. But she is computer literate and spent enough time on her profile to pass the 5 minute test of Max and Nev.
Fwiw, I think the show is basically not staged. Look at the people they get. 2 chicks from the ghetto, a redneck dude last week, a biracial obese girl in the middle of Missouri who hangs out in vampire chat rooms, etc. They are either novices on how social networks work or they are desperate enough to believe anything and ignore inconvenient facts.

I'm watching the one on tonight...this show is so awkward. So these people meet online?? The guy in this episode looks pissed because the girl is overweight.

Doubtful. Why are all these people carrying out elaborate hoaxes so eager to talk to a total stranger(Nev) on the phone about it? Or to meet the person they're "catfishing" in the 1st place? I could see the big fat guy or the "dude" last night but Mhissy or that fat chick the 1st episode had no motivation to end their ruses.

Except Mhissy doesn't know that she's going to be on TV when she's talking to Nev on the phone he's just some soft sounding dude asking her about this trick she's playing on a chick she doesn't like. In the real world once he start snooping around she tells him to Go frick himself.
Also there's NOOOOOOO way Mhissy's confrontation doesn't end in someone catching an assault charge.
