Brooklyn 99 Season 4 Thread

I somehow missed that it was back last night or I would have started it before now.
Anyone watch? I kinda didn't liek that we didn't see boyle, rosa, and the rest of the gang but that's really my only complaint. I loved the dynamic between jake and holt in florida. I also saw that it's a 3 parter which is kinda cool, I'm assuming that after that they'll be back in the 99 with everyone else.
Thoughts so far?

yeah report back. I was pleased with the first episode despite it being nothign like the "typical" B99 ep. There were some great one liners from holt in this one as usual.

anyone watch this week? I got halfway through and fell asleep (tried to watch too late) so will rewatch tonight. I like that the 99 is now getting involved.

I thought this past episode was a little weak. I'm ready for them to get back to New York. Having all the characters in the same plot line is too much. They had to resort to over the top shenanigans to give each character something to do. When the are back in the office, they can run multiple storylines and I think it should get back to being great.

That's not even the same category, he lost to Louie Anderson for supporting actor.
