Am watching it but can't get into it. It's missing something.

There are two very different versions of this show with similar titles. You may want to specify.

The one with jeremy irons and pretty boy as Cesare. Hardly fits the part of a brilliant soldier.

I just watched this show recently. I enjoyed it, but it's not particularly amazing. It's got some great moments but falls short overall.

If The Tudors is 7/10, Borgias is a 5.

I forced myself to watch most of the first season as it aired and found it a chore. While I recognize the acting was good and the sets and everything were well done, I just couldn't get into it either.

Missing a spark. Script was too sterile.

Great production quality, but just fell flat. I think they missed out on making Cesare more of the badass he was supposed to be in real life.

I used to laugh every time Pope Rodrigo would run his fingers up and down the map while reciting the names of the Italian city-states. He was practically drooling like Homer.

Yeah Vikings is awesome.

I just started the Netflix Borgia and so far I like it a lot. But I'm a history nut. I loved Tudors.

I’m a little more than halfway through S2. I felt the first season was very plodding, but now that the major plot points are coming together in the second half of S2, I find it quite enjoyable.

I like the European version, Borgia: Faith and Fear way better. The US version was unwatchable for me as a follow up.
