Got a 4:15 ticket, so I’m grabbing a late lunch and heading over.

I went ahead and read Wikipedia summary since I’m done with the MCU. Sounds awful and even more illogical than the first one.

I read the Wiki summary just now. It seems as ridiculous as every other MCU movie, which is fine.

Just saw it, not bad definitely not marvels best, but at-least they didn’t shove political stuff down our throats.

Edit: it doesn’t really push forward the MCU story basically a stand-alone film. I think they know a large portion of the audience may have just seen BP1. It’s not a typical MCU movie.

Just saw a new "trailer" (was more an ad about the release later tonight). Sure looked like Hulk was in the ad.

So a movie about black supremacy holds back on political agendas? I think you got locked in a closet for 2 hours instead of watching a movie.

Watched BP once. That was enough. Marvel Comics movies are just terrible, overblown, poorly acted films any longer. Not sure which was worse. The latest Thor, the latest Dr. Strange, BP or Captain Marvel. And Disney is destroying Hulk on Disney+ with that She Hulk, Wanda Vision and other Marvel crap they throw together.

Great movie I enjoyed it.

Not part of the larger MCU.

Definitely deals with grief, anger & loss better than any super hero movie to date.

Soundtrack is awesome. Action scenes are hit & miss. The bridge fight scene is meh but the rest are pretty good. Definitely 100x character driven than any MCU movie to date

It was good. A bit long.

Namor was solid. I like that it ends ambiguous on whether he’s a good guy or bad guy

Saw it tonight. I'll be honest. There were some standout scene and the way the introduced the new Iron Man aka Riri Williams is a lot better than how they did it in the comic books.

The funny thing is Namor is the only guy that pronounced his name differently, everyone else including his own people call him the comic book version of the name.

M'Baku is gold and he pretty much steal the scenes everytime he shows up.

T'Challa dies off screen, I think that disease he caught will come into play during Secret Wars. Like Kang gave him that diease cause he feared T'Challa or something.

However, all of that being said, the movie is a slough to finished instead of being engrossing. The best example of a long movie was Infinity War, you barely noticed the time passing. This one was like watching REturn of the King extended edition. You got your cool parts but there was a lot of unesscary "deadzone" that breaks up the film pacing.

Good luck sitting through it!

3 hours in a quiet movie theater is a lot to ask of a 5 year old.
