The days of this show being must see TV are long gone unfortunately. You can blame wokeism, but production turning it into a corny, bullshite show with the worst diary room sessions of all time really did not do it any favors.
Oh well, I’m thankful I was around during its peak (Seasons 2-11)

You and me both. I can't remember the last summer I went through without the live feeds, but even if this season would've started on time I would still be out this time around.
Last season had Season 20 potential, but then the inevitable fallout from the Cookout finally came to fruition and destroyed the last half of the season. So now I refuse to invest the time needed for following the live feeds, and I refuse to watch the show without the live feeds. So I'm done until CBS can prove it can have a season that isn't racially charged.

Might be it's nail in the coffin and I hate to see it. I've been a die hard since the start. Competing with the NFL is not a good move.
And yes, the last couple seasons have gotten down right over the top on cancel culture stuff.

Instagram/ influencing fricked up this show. Remember when the contestants were like, meet Jody he's an electrician helper. Now its like, meet Paloma she's an influencer and swimsuit model..
It used to be people truly vying for that grand prize and if you got in their way they'd frick you over any way they could. Now we have people apologizing for putting someone with a different skin color on the fricking block. Or not putting them up at all because of this.
It's really ridiculous and I don't know why I even give it a chance, but I probably will.. for the first few weeks anyway..

I’ve cut Survivor and Big Brother out of my life, and I cannot say that I miss them. Both shows are shells of their former selves.

WTF....start date? Ideas they are attempting to pull off?
There is always NOTHING good on TV during July and BB was a "filler"... now it seems like its going to be a dud? I didn't really watch last year... Covid kind of screwed things up and got out of the BB realm..... same with THE CHALLENGE...
