Kim is such a hotty....
The way Jimmy/Saul owned Chuck in court was fricking glorious. I loathe Chuck so so much

This show's slow build has been unreal. Season 1 was slow as hell but now I see why. I love when writers have an end game in mind. The stories are generally more well thought out.

I know you're joking, but can you please not clutter up this thread with your bullshite this week?

In before Ham's J+K =S theory dominates the thread.
Damn, too late.

I will chill for now, but I wasn't the one who brought it up. Let me just get one last one out of my system though.
J+k=S
Ice Station Zebra Associates
Okay I'm done for a while. I'm looking forward to seeing Crazy 8's return this week and find out what he did to piss off Nacho.

I really don't like watching the sneak peaks. I will watch the next week on BCS clips, but I would rather just watch the whole show at once.

I'm hoping Howard wins that little heart to heart with Chuck. It looks like he has plans to keep coming for Jimmy. I'm ready to move past the whole Chuck story.

Does everyone else agree that this has been the best show of 2017 so far?

This or Leftovers. With the Leftovers it depends on how it ends, but their ability to make an amazing show is not in question.

I wonder if he will go after Kim. I'm not sure what he could do, but I wonder if he will take the gloves off so to speak after Jimmy brought in the ex-wife.
Speaking of Kim, I meant to bring this up in the last episode thread. Did anyone else think it was weird how the Mesa Verde guy just brushed off the allegations when Kim broke the news to them? I know that guy hates Chuck but that seemed like way too easy of a resolution for that situation. I wonder if Chuck will try to work that angle.

I don't think so. He seems to have a one track mind for his brother. I hope Howard can get him to wave the white flag though. This show is great but I feel like we have spent way too long in Chuck's dark arse living room.

BTW, currently re-watching Breaking Bad for the 20th time, but for the first time since I've gotten deep into Better Call Saul.
For those wondering if "Saul Goodman" is necessary to get out of being disbarred as Jimmy McGill, definitely not (other than for the obvious reason that everyone would recognize him).
I just finished the first episode of Breaking Bad in which Saul Goodman appears, and Walt has to go pay him for representing Badger when he's arrested. Walt introduces himself as Badger (Brandon Mayhew)'s uncle, and Saul asks him if Mayhew is English or Irish. Walt responds "Irish," and Saul says he is Irish too, and tells him his real name is McGill. Given that Walt is a complete stranger to him at this point, it's safe to say that he isn't hiding his identity as McGill.
Also, he is asked to make out the check to Ice Station Zebra Associates as mentioned in the last thread.
I have to say, Better Call Saul has so many more references to Breaking Bad than I initially realized. For example, when Saul is first introduced on the show and pulls out his files to see what Badger is arrested for, he at first mistakes that he's in for public masturbation. Badger corrects him, and he goes "Oh, must be a transpositional error. Nothing that a little white-out can't fix" Having come from Better Call Saul to Breaking Bad, this line makes it very telling exactly what kind of lawyer Saul is. I know that wasn't intentional because BCS hadn't been written yet, but it works so well. Vince is TV magic.
Also: Saul hits on Francesca pretty hard, pretty sure Kim is out of the picture romantically.

Something needs to happen soon. Im close to giving up on it. I'm tired of his brothers bullshite sickness and his character all together.

Wayne stealing my thunder on a Friday, which wouldn't matter but you forgot the synopsis:
Add it to the OP and you get an A+
