Episode III: The Opera House Scene where Palpatine and Anakin talk
Episode IV: Han shoots Greedo
Episode V: "No I am your father".
Episode VI: Vader kills the Emperor
Episode VII: Either Rey's intro or Kylo interrogating Rey.

That scene is my favorite of all the movies partly because of how good the music is.

Episode 1 - Darh Maul lightsaber battle
Episode 2 - Count Dooku lightsaber battle
Episode 3 - Palpatine reveals himeslf as a Sith
Episode 4 - Luke using the force to destroy the Death Star
Episode 5 - When the lights come up in the carbonite freezing chamber and we see Darth Vader's silhouette. This scene to this day still gives me goosebumps.. "The force is with you young Skywalker..but you are not a Jedi yet"
Episode 6 - Vader saving his son
Episode 7 - The introduction of Kylo Ren, or Rey catching the lightsaber, tough call.

Edit- My mistake, my favorite scene from the original Star Wars is the opening scene. When the Star Destroyer flies overhead and feels like its never going to end..

shite, you stole my answer. But any scene with the Across the Stars theme was not horrible. That was really nice work from Williams.

So, I guess it really is the closing credits, which has the entire piece.

E1 - Planet core
E3 - I'm at a loss.
E4 - "Ive been waiting for you, Obi Wahn. We meet again at last.
E5 - Luke/Vader fight (and no, it was not the easiest selection)
E6 - Lando and the little frog guy evading ties through the center of the Death Star
E7 - Rey intro

IV: the entrance of Darth vader for the first time.

V: TOO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM but if I have to pick it's luke being trained by yoda. Very mystical.

VI: the throne room finale and the reveal of vader without mask

I: DUEL OF THE FATES

II: yoda pulling out the lightsaber. It was badass. I don't care what anyone thinks

III: Palpatine and anakin at the theatre.

VII: the reveal of Luke at the end with the jedi steps theme. Unstoppable.

Episode 1: Daul Maul reveal and them taking out the light sabers. Duel of the Fates is some of John Williams' best work.
Episode 2: I don't know. Mace Windu going all Jules Winnfield at the end I guess.
Episode 3: Vader and Anakins battle. Very well shot and coreographed fight.
Episode 4: Luke gazing out upon the wasteland of Tatooine as the twin suns set as the Force theme plays in the background.
Episode 5: Either the battle of Hoth or Luke and Vader's fight.
Episode 6: The Speeder bike chase. One of the best sequences in all of Star Wars.
Episode 7: Rey force grabbing the saber over Kylo and the then the realization of what she truly is. Got goosebumps in the theater when I saw it the first time.

Just a little shoutout to John Williams. I can exactly picture the score at each one of these scenes. John's music adds so much to these movies.

I always thought the arrival of the Clones and the ensuing battle on Geonosis (the parts with Anakin or Padme) was pretty tight.

Well, the problem is I had no idea what was going on or any reason to care about clones and droids fighting each other. What kind of a war doesn't produce widows?
