Until I see a better one, the diner scene in HEAT will reign supreme for me.
Yup
And everyone always talks about the bank heist/shootout (for good reason), but I love the opening scene where they rob the armored truck, plus Vincent breaking down the crime scene.

My personal favorite scenes:
The opening of 8 1/2
Brando's monologue from Apocalypse Now
The final battle from Seven Samurai
The blood test scene from The Thing
The bell scene from Andrei Rublev
The ending of Paths of Glory
Dean Stockwell sings Roy Orbison in Blue Velvet
Salieri taking dictation for a dying Mozart in Amadeus
Roger and Peter's final scene in Dawn of the Dead
A ton more.

"But George they'll vote with Potter otherwise."
"Strange isn't it? Each man's life affects so many other lives, and when he isn't around he leaves an awful hole."
"To my big brother George, the richest man in town."
"Do you remember I was toying with notion of cutting out the Christmas bonues this years?"
"You didn't...of all the ways to save a buck!"
"That's pretty low mister. If I had a rubber hose I would beat you...."
"Eddie can I fill your eggnog for you, drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?"
"It's just a made-up word. Just a bullshite word used so young guys like you can wear a suit and....have a job."
"So you go on and stamp your forms sonny and stop wasting my time. Cause I really don't give a shite."
"Scuse me....Scuse me!! Ooohhkay. That's the last straw!"
"Scuse me Senor? I will take my traveler's check to a competing resort."

Think you mean Hugh Jackman, but I had to read that a couple times to make sure I wasn't losing my mind.

Pulp Fiction has already been mentioned many times, but that movie has so many unbelievable scenes that are amongst my favorites.
I also love the scene from 28 days later "In a Heartbeat". Gives me chills

The car trunk scene in Out of Sight- also love the Detroit hotel bar scene- such a fantastically shot movie all the way around.

Gopher Everett?
No thanks Delmar, a 1/3 of a gopher would only rouse my appetite without beddin her back down.

While Quint's Indianapolis Scene from Jaws is my number 1. The Zero Dark Thirty interrogation scenes were great.
