How the frick has Hawkeye from the Avengers not been mentioned? The whole shtick of that character is that he's the best marksman ever.

I forgot about Jed Clampett. I think he could outshoot Jethro, Ellie Mae and Granny, all of whom were crack shots.

You nailed it, but Ellie Mae is unmatched when shooting her double barrel slingshot.
