My favorite is Big Jake. I like him in a comedy role, he's funny yet still badass.

The Green Berets. A horrible movie but the Duke was awesome in it.

Mine too, but I cannot say I am a huge fan of his movies. I watch McLintock and Chism when they come on though. Like Sons Of Katie Elder too.

The Quiet Man
The Man who Shot Liberty Valence

are my two favorite hands down. Fort Apache is in my top 5 as well as the Searchers. I might include Horse Soldiers as well.

Sands of Iwo Jima and The Fighting Tigers deserve honorable mention

I always liked The Horse Soldiers because part of it is set in Louisiana

Same here. It was actually on Encore Western early this morning. Caught the end of it.

It's tough for me to say my favorite only b/c I associate almost every one of his movies I've seen with my grandfather. He was a huge Duke fan. While McClintock! or Big Jake may not be most popular, I think of my grandfather b/c I've probably watched those about 3-4 times with him. Same with True Grit. I really didn't care for the remake b/c of this reason.
