It was pretty common on this board. I don't know why you're making a molehill out of a mountain but you're choosing to. Sure it will be packed on opening day, but there has been much negative speculation from the start on this board and the internet. Not really debatable. Parsing the word hate is a semantic argument as well. Not trying to "hate" on you, just an observation.

I don't think you know the difference between "hating ON something" and actually "hating something". Tons of people have absolutely been "hating ON" this since the beginning.

I agree with this 100%. But that's what we do around here, speculate. and that happens to almost EVERY fan property, even Marvel stuff. Go look at the initial The Force Awakens stuff. Some people excited. Some people not so much. But the trailers have been fantastic. And the casting, not so weird. So yeah less skepticism over time. But there are still people who are ticked at the non-Expanded Universe stuff. See the thread today.
Ghostbusters? TMNT? Transformers? Jurassic World? (Just look at the internet reaction to the latest clip. People going nutso) I could go on.

There is no mountain.
The issue is how the "hate," is received. Most fans suck it up and deal with it. Every single fan property receives criticism and "hate," just because those properties are special to fans. Plenty of people constantly say they hate comic book movies in general, hate Marvel movies specifically, etc.
The real issue is that it seems an overwhelming amount of the MoS/BvS/DC fans take any kind of critique personally or as "hate," and react differently. It's like you can never honestly critique it because even things supported with facts are met with pitchforks. So I bet some of those comments are troll attempts by some people because those folks get sol easily riled. Others are probably just exaggerations and those people are fans and probably will see the film, some, very few, might be real.
But the BvS champs take EVERY COMMENT AND CRITIQUE that isn't pro-BvS as the same thing and it isn't. And it waters down the conversation.
It all becomes "hate," and now it's an "us against them" mentality.

See above. I actually think it's BvS super champs that don't understand the difference. They take everything as "hate."
See my comment about WW/Doomsday with Affleck mentions. There is 0 hate in that comment. Zero. But it was categorized as such.

And yes, after you see a film you can certainly hate it. If most people hate BvS AFTER the film is released, you guys can finally declare it the truth that everyone hates BvS. Finally!
