Has the dvd release date been set yet? Haven't seen it yet. I'm banking on the directors cut being much improved over what I've heard about the edited for cinemas version.

I think it may help flesh out a few things. I doubt it makes the movie that much better though as it had issues beyond extra time needed to expand or explain certain things.

Jesse Eisenberg. What a cluster frick. Was the ultimate edition reshot with a different actor?
Why not make the Joker played by The Great Kali with no makeup and his character is just a dumb thug that beats people up to get back vengeance for his lost wife?

If they had done a reshoot of some scenes, maybe.
Nothing will fix "Martha" except a complete revision. Eisenberg has to be completely removed or edited in such a way that he's merely a minor character.

I honestly had no problem with Eisenberg. I particularly liked the rooftop scene with superman. The editing of the film is whats atrocious.
