If you don't know what to get someone for Christmas (like Dad, brother, sig. other), my Dad's friend gave him Band of Brothers a couple weeks ago and we watched it as a family. My husband (ex Airforce was our narrator for some stuff), but we became addicted and had a marathon of episodes. It's about $60 and it is incredible!! I'm still in awe after seeing what they went through.

One of the best show HBO has put out. Unbelievable what those men went through.

I heard they might be doing a Pacific theatre version. Anyone else heard anything about that?

I've heard those rumors for several years. Not sure if it's true either though.
