Aziz Ansari - "Master of None"

I watched the pilot to give it a chance and was instantly hooked. I fell in love with the cast; they all seem so real and likable. The dialogue is hilarious and also very genuine. Finished it in like 4 days. What do others think? I would love a season 2.

Snobs will tell you it's exactly like Louie because of the format. To stray away from traditional comedic narration on television is to be Louie apparently. I personally loved it. You'll get a second season btw.

i watched the pilot and wasnt impressed. most of the jokes feel flat
i will watch a few more but it was a little too over the top for me

I really didn't like the first episode but enjoyed the series overall. Definitely give it another try.

I enjoyed it a lot. I've talked to others that gave up on the first episode though. Like anything else, I guess you either love it or hate it. I could relate to it...and his girlfriend grew on me throughout the season. I'm ready for season 2, but I don't think they've announced anything other than that it did get renewed for another season.

It's very good. They sell it at LeBlanc's on Drusilla and I get it occasionally. Girlfriend is from upstate New York so she grew up with it. I'm a believer.

I heard the same thing. But for me there is a difference, I have never once laughed at Louis CK. Not. Once.

His dad took literally all of his vacation days to film his scenes and he told Aziz he did it to spend more time with him. Aziz said he broke down right there.

I thought it was okay. Some of the acting is just ... bad. His lesbian friend immediately comes to mind. But as someone without cable, I'll watch season 2.
