They never liked the league. They accepted their help but that was all. Plus he was forced into fighting with them by Malcolm. The vendetta only appeared because the League started killing people in Oliver's name. How do you not understand that one? They have forced his hand as well. He tried to simply walk away.
Well, it just seemed like they went from not really liking them too much to calling them murderers and questioning the life decisions log the league's members.
I mean, they are assassins. They're not wantonly killing people for no reason nor are they all thugs.
I understand that they began killing in the name of the Arrow (mostly criminals), but it's obvious they believe in a higher calling for Oliver which justifies their methods at least in their minds. I don't necessarily agree with them at all but it's hard to consider them evil. Misguided? Maybe. Just not psychopathic or evil.

Hency why I said the League's morality is not black and white.

IIRC, in John Byrne's imaginary series Generations, he has Batman taking over the League of Assassins and morphing them into a force for good.

I feel like I'm having major problems with this season. A lot of it just seems illogical
because a lot of it is illogical.. the writing quality of this show has been pretty much on a nonstop downward trajectory.

Oliver goes through a transformation; Laurel asks Felicity and Diggle to help Nyssa face the League of Assassins.

My prediction for the end is Ollie kills Ras and Nyssa takes his place.

I think a lot of it has to do with the showrunners focusing so much time and mental strength on the inaugural season of The Flash.
I mean this season hasn't been terrible, but it sure isn't near the level of last season.

I'd agree that the writing has been on a bit of a down slide this season. It could be the addition of the Flash... but if I had to pick one thing that has hurt this season from building as much momentum as it needs it would be that the flashbacks for this season have, by and large, sucked the meat missile.
You might have an engaging main story going, something that catches your attention... and then we get five minutes of Hong Kong that drags along like a drunk on New Year's Eve. In quite a bit of this season the flashbacks have sucked the life out of episodes that might otherwise have been decent at least.
It doesn't help any that Ras', while an established villain with a good actor playing him, just doesn't quite seem to match up to the over the top goodness Malcolm Merlyn or Deathstroke. Sometimes you need your bad guys to be... well... bad guys.

I could not agree more. The first two seasons the flashback noise intensified my interest, this season I roll my eyes when I hear it. Not to mention I really haven't been able to follow the Hong Kong story line well at all.

What happens to the writing with the addition of the Atom next season.

I think the biggest problem of the season has been pacing. We didnt get to see Ras until the end of episode 4, and then we went another five episodes before he saw him again. They should have ditched a few of the villain of the week episodes to focus more on fleshing out Ras and giving him more shite to do.
I think the season as a whole has done a lot of really good things, the character work being chief among them. Its the overall plot that has lacked direction and I'm really hoping that by having a more clear and present threat next season (H.I.V.E) that the show gets back to doing what it does best, blending action and character into a bat shite crazy train of excitement.

Felicity has gone from being interesting enough, to the absolute worst part of the show. The whole "Oliver is the greatest human being of all time" thing is super duper annoying. A decent enough supporting character to the worst character on the show.

Hong Kong flashbacks finally became relevant.

Felicity's superpower must be the ability to sleep with superheroes.
