i really like your theory. it makes a lot of sense. it could also involve Bamatab's theory involving the kid as well. the two dont have to be exclusive.

I watched an interview with Amell last night where he said the shows completely understands peoples concerns with Laurel becoming Canary. He said she will NOT be the same canary as Sarah. they understand that takes a large amount of training and time.

as much as we were worried about her transformation, it really seems like the show heard the concerns and understand them. i think they will do a good job with her. Amell also kept saying episodes 10-13 are one of the biggest focal points of the season.

I feel like whenever the flash and arrow do a true big team team-up that it will be called the Outsiders.

So you could have the realistic members of Arrow, Arsenal, Katana, maybe Huntress, maybe Ted Grant. Mixed with Flash, Metamorpho, and maybe geoforce or atom. Captain Boomerang's son was in a version of the Outsiders. They could maybe use the real Capt Boomerang.

Or if its strictly just an Arrow thing, it could be a smaller team made up of some of the people I listed from their universe.

just a theory and like many DC characters on Arrow, it would take some liberties. a lot of people were looking for a connection from the DJ to Slade and this is a possible one. the other being this is one of Slade's kids.

its really too early to tell. that storyline does not interest me at all right now. i feel like its going to be lame for awhile until the twist comes.

So is it fair to guess that Oliver will start digging into Ray's actual agenda and end up saving Felicity at the last minute just as Ray has put her in harms way, then Oliver will declare his love for her?
