Fallon is by far the best late night host right now. Kimmel is probably number two.

Not a fact, that's an opinion.

Therefore...

Most have leftover hate from him breaking so much in SNL (which actually made some of those skits funnier than they would've been). Some are just old farts that apparently only watch the interviews (even though you can get those interviews elsewhere if you want to really learn about the celebrity).

All of this is conjecture. Welcome to "To each his own."

I've never found him to be funny... I also haven't really watched late night shows on any sort of regular basis, for about 20 years or so...

Any chance it gets stale over time?
Except for the occasional bit it's stale most every night.

So is every post in this thread and so is every statement about how much somebody likes Fallon or his show. I don't see your point.

How did you want this thread to go?

"Are there any knocks on Fallon's tonight show?"

Because you kind of commented on People not liking Fallon rather than actually discussing the topic at hand, as if that were fact.

I mean, your argument is basically:
It's about the people, A or B, because Fallon is the best.

That's a lot different than critiquing Fallon or commenting on the critiques themselves.

I commented on the people that don't like Fallon.

I didnt use that as an argument why Fallon is the best. There's no point in making an argument for why Fallon's the best when everybody has their own opinion and nobody is going to change theirs.

I don't like his show. I'm just not a fan of Fallon.

He's fairly talented and his show is packaged well for internet clips.

If you're looking for interesting interviews, go to any of the other late night talk shows.

Not sure why anyone would watch Fallon on TV when his show is designed to be digested in small bits on the internet the following day.

Exactly. He's great for pre scripted shorts which accommodates Internet clips. Interviews and off the cuff comedy, no. It's shows with his excessive little school girl laugh. Tee Hee Hee [as he covers his mouth with the tips of his fingers] because I don't have a smart or witty thing to say.

Yea, great late night television there! Same shite he did on SNL. Just carried it and his boy pals to The Tonight Show. (Both NBC in case folks forgot).
