Anyone still watching Taboo?

What are your thoughts through episode 6?
I like it, I just think its gotten a bit stale and over the top at points. Its a good show, just not a top tier for me.

Im still waiting for the plot to progress. It seems like things have kind of plateaued in terms of moving the story forward. Still a fun show though.

looks like we are all on the same page. I feel like the last 3-4 episodes have moved like a snail.

I'm going to watch Episode 6 tonight. Sometimes these shows are to stretched out to fit a season. It would have been better as a 4 episode mini series
With that said, I love Hardy and I like the show

i'm still in. was catching this morning before my wife woke up and came in and i told her she would have to wait for me to finish it.
she hated the dark tone from the ads and didn't want to start it so i've been watching it when she's out or early morning but she stuck in there today. after she saw James and Zilpha banging she was hooked and was mad i didn't finish the episode because i had to go to work.
Lesson: women are all sloots.

I'm getting pretty bored with it, honestly. It seems like it's all just moving in a circle. I will definitely still finish the season, but I hope the next two episodes are better.
As for winter, if it wasn't James that killed her, I think it would have to be the Americans. They know how he killed their assassin. I'm not sure if James did the same thing to the EIC assassin.

My main problem is that it has the tones of a horror movie but isnt scary in the slightest.

Still watching and I like it but I agree with most here. It's gotten a bit slow and needs to get rolling. I'm in it to the end though.

Guess I'm in the minority but I think the show is progressing just fine. Has enough action each episode to make me want more. Sure it's not on Breaking Bad or GoT level but I'm enjoying the storylines.

Zilpha taking out her husband, getting railed by JD, then he might understand why his supposedly crazy mother tried to kill him long ago? Is he going to make the Americans provide him a ship, steal a ship, etc? I mean this stuff is golden. I like it, not saying it's the best, but even the video quality is top notch. Agree if they extend the series then series 2 needs to have better pacing and expanded plot.

I stopped after the third episode. Really wanted to like it, but it's just meh and not worth my time.

Still watching. I'll get blasted for this but Hardy is the problem, his character is all wind up and no pitch. Great set up and story but he is meh.

The High Sparrow is the best part of the show. Great lines and acting.

The story and the cast are top notch, and I really like Tom Hardy, but man its getting hard to watch.

Me and the wife are enjoying but like most posters have said it's starting to move painfully slow. I know it's implied that he killed Winter but I'm wondering maybe he's been setup.
