For all the love civil war gets and hate for BvS, the latter was the more enjoyable film to me. Am I alone in this?

I like them equally but I find myself more understanding of Batman fear toward Superman than say Steve protecting the murderer of Tony parents.

Really while I watched Civil War, the thing that stayed with me after the movie was that it was enjoyable because Spiderman was in it. Without Spiderman, I was afraid it might have dragged in some places for me.

Oh yeah BvS dragged too, but like I said I like them equally, Although I do notice that Scarlet Johanson is aging well.

I agree completely! Loved spiderman and black panther. Anyone who complained that batmans hatred of superman was unwarranted or his change of heart can't honestly say they understand where Steve Rogers attachment to bucky is other than friendship which I feel like goes against who cap is as a character. He seems like the type to put the needs of the many over the wants of the few yet the entire movie is catalyzed by his selfishness in him not wanting to see harm come to his murdering friend. And it makes very little sense why half the people who bucky tries to kill are so easily swayed to accept him as just another part of the team and even risk there lives for him.

Batman never hated Superman, he feared Superman and what he could do. A fear that was unwarranted.

And yes Spiderman was like the most awesome part of Civil War to me, Cap saying that he knew bucky killed Tony parents was the nail in the coffin.

Although in the Comic books, Cap was shown to be on the wrong side too in the Civil War Crossover.

The choice should have been Tony weather or not Bucky get to live or die. I did like Tony parting shot to Cap about the Shield and how he didn't deserve it. IN that moment after everything. Tony was right on that part.

Cap was on the right side in the comics and that's not even in question .

Eventually the Registration Act was repealed.

Well, Joy is the absolute last word I'd use to describe this movie. Yes you're fricking crazy to think this was better than Civil War.

He was brainwashed and didn't have a choice but to kill them. He wasn't their murderer. Hydra was. Bucky was simply a gun.

To me the Batman fight scenes were better than the action scenes in Civil War (Affleck nailed the role). Honestly, the CW fight scenes just seemed like more of what we've seen before a ton of times. I dug the brutal, violent Batman as presented.

The entirety of CW makes it the better movie, but I enjoyed BvS.

BvS seems like it had a vendetta against fans and even movies themselves. I saw it with a friend after the onslaught of terrible reviews just to see how bad it was. We weren't disappointed.

Thought it was lame that they hid Vision most of the fight. He draws the line on the side then he basically disappeared until he walked through Giant man.
