Anyoen ever see 99 Homes?

Great movie. Tears your heart out.

I thought that it was just OK. Shannon was good, and it was a compelling subject to cover. Most of the characters were annoying and I thought that the acting, outside of Shannon, was pretty bad.

I have been in the REO industry for several years now and manage a lot of houses all over the country for banks. That eviction and everything about the movie was propaganda. I know it's a movie and that's to be expected.

99.9% of evictions the people are already gone and an eviction is done to legally deal with personal property left behind. It varies state by state as laws are different. The few evictions we complete where people are there are either delayed to allow the people to get out, or we made sure the people had a place to go.

And that dude stealing the A/Cs would have been caught after the second one.

Solid movie. Not sure how realistic it is, though.

try watching a movie/tv show with with hospital scenes with an ICU nurse if you think that was bad.

I dont know that I'd call it propaganda. It's a fictional narrative and films often frick shite up for the sake of telling a story
