Anybody catch this. I've watched the first few episodes on Netflix.

It's pretty entertaining and definitely has some high points.

But I'm just three episodes in and it already feels like they're kind of dragging it out. Probably would have been better as a one shot kind of thing.

Karl Pilkington is a treasure.

Although some of the episodes do seem dragged out, I watch it purely for the amazing thoughts that come out of his circular head.

The dude is so negative about everything. I have found the show to be pretty good. Anything he doesn't want to do he ends up having to do.

He's got a new show on Netflix. The Moaning of Life. Same principle, really. He's just naturally hilarious, though this show gets monotonous as well.

Karl Pilkington is hilarious. His thought process just amazes me. If you have time to kill listen to the Ricky Gervais podcast that he was featured on before this show started. Start with Questions for Karl part 1. LINK

If you can get over Ricky's annoying laugh, sure.

I could watch Karl bitch about anything. He's the most amusing pessimist I've ever seen.

As funny as it is overall, there are a lot of truths told about these places. Really, in retrospect, some very alarming realities about these "wonders" that you would never know because of political correctness. So, it's excellent on several levels, actually.

I still rewatch these from time to time. Karl makes me laugh. The one where he goes on the Alaska Crab boat is great. Just an all around great show.

I'm watching The Moaning of Life season 2 on Netflix, while not as great as an Idiot Abroad it still makes me laugh.

Yeah, that might be my favorite episode. Almost without question the funniest documentary series ever made.

I love it when Karl had a choice between participating in a Mr. Leather contest or wing walking that he chose wing walking, despite being mortified of heights: LINK

I laugh that Karl always seems to enjoy dancing though.

Also his hate for India is great. I forgot the exact quote but was something along the lines of "as soon as you land in India your arse just loses all control."
