1. Are they actually serious that Amy Schumer was going to play barbie?
2. I like Steve Carell a ton, but there is no way I'm watching whatever that movie is....she is so god awful unlikable.
Do these people think that she'll draw a crowd just because people dislike her so much, or are we in a tiny bubble of haters here?
I feel like there are market researchers pumped up that she's trending on google at any point, but they fail to take into account the fact that people just love to hate her and won't actually pay money to watch her....or again, we're just a bubble of haters.

Pretty sure Mama June is thinner than Amy "I'm a size 6" (which is absolute BS) Schumer nowadays since she had weight loss surgery.
Maybe Amy will finally fade into obscurity...I only saw parts of it from Crowder's review of it and it's hot garbage.

I think it's that Hollywood hasn't realized yet that the rest of the country got tired of her right around the time her biographical-ish movie hit.

The problem with Amy Schumer is that she's incredibly ugly (regardless of weight) - but she's also fat...so fat AND ugly...she's obnoxious (has that...I'm smarter than you joke delivery-vibe...it's very condescending considering her jokes are mostly whore and vag jokes...(Liza is better at that department...and doesn't look like a pig, so its believable she actually gets laid often.)
But Schumer's problem mostly is - almost nothing she jokes about is relate-able. Its so stale...and guys already believe half of what you're saying as truth...great...like Chelsea Handler who wrote the book and blueprint...you are are a giant whore. We got it...how is that shocking or funny to most of the population?...Most guys and a lot of women.

That's okay. What's important is that the movie does justice to the depth and intelligence of the original doll. I don't want them half-assing it like they did with the Baby Wee-Wee movie.
