I've read it. I know the outcomes..

But I'm just judging the show here.. they have taken some liberties and added some neat details here..

I think it's funny how Easter and Vulcan sold out to mr. World..
But currently, in real life, Odin is getting the exposure.. Vikings, Thor movies, the last kingdom.. lots of publicity for the old god...

I'm just glad they didn't mess with the Essie McGowan story from the book too much. It was the best and most fully developed of the interludes. To me, the Mad Sweeney episode was the best of the season.

Vulcan's power was derived from creating/branding the ammo. Basically everyone/thing in the world killed by a Vulcan round was a sacrifice to him. If he just ran a gang with Random weapons, then he wouldn't have nearly as many sacrifices.

Was Vulcan even in the book? I don't remember him from it. The female version of the War member of the four horseman in Gaiman's (and Terry Pratchett's) Good Omens was a really cool character that sounds kind of similar to this Vulcan.

I've got around 100 pages left to go in the book, but it looks like the series has made some changes.
