Maybe the highest complement an actor can receive...the mother of Matt Axelson (Navy SEAL that died in Operation Redwing) thanked him after watching Loan Survivor and tearfully stated that he brought her son back to her for a moment. That is pretty strong.

That's a great story. He was fantastic in this role; what an incredible movie.

This movie wasn't highly rated, but I did think it was a very good movie. I loved Emile Hirsch in this just like all his other movies. Thanks for bringing this movie up, I'll have to watch it again soon.

A discussion of this movie came up a month or so ago and I mentioned that the casting director was fricking Nostradamus. Dude picked all of these girls way before they were famous (seyfried was probably the most well known at the time)

Awesome movie, only thing I hated was the shitty green screen of the night sky at the end.
