Almost Human (New FOX TV series from JJ Abrams)

So what say ye MTV board? Sounds like a good concept to me and I'm interested in seeing how their future looks. But given FOX's track record with Abrams projects, they'll give it 10 episodes.

Why wouldnt they both be part machine or part human? I dont see the difference in the two main characters

Urban is a human who has some robotic parts (think Will Smith in I, Robot). Ealy is a robot with some human features (think Terminator).

Sounds like a show that will start off slow, build the characters, start a rolling snowball of viewers, begin ascent into a beloved fan show with a cult following, then get cancelled by the fricking stupid suits at Fox just before or after a great season finale. Fans will be in an uproar, a petition will be started, and Fox will say "frick y'all, be sure to watch our great replacement."

Exactly what I was thinking...
Considering all the other crap that can get a time slot, I will at least DVR it and give it a chance.
