Well a lot of them are only going to be in it for a scene or two apparently. I'd assume the heavy players will be Cap, Stark, Thor, Hulk, Widow, Panther, Spidey, Bucky, Falcon and the Guardians. If I'm not mistaken, the Guardians don't have a major part either, but who knows.

I feel like the first movie will be space centric, with the battle coming to earth with the Guardians in tow.
Probably the climax will be the fall of Asgard/stealing the tesseract depending on the state of it after thor 3
(I know nothing about the comics, or even if this is expected to follow some comic storyline.)

I'd assume it's about Thanos' search for the infinity stones. As far as I know, he doesn't have any of them yet, but they could change that to help the narrative.

I'm also just thinking that the article might have forgotten Ant-Man and Wasp bc I know Ant Man has to at least have a scene or so in it.
