Have you had this experience? We watched Christmas Vacation last night. I have seen this movie 30+ times, but I never realized that Johnny Galeki (sp?) played the son until 3 months ago when I saw an article on fb: 20 things you didn't know about...

And I loved him on Roseanne and watch TBBT every week.

What say you?

he yeah I knew that. But I agree that happens to me a lot.

I didn't realize Sheldon from BBT was in Garden State until a rewatch about a year ago.

I didn't realize that Andy Dufresne did kill his wife until about the 15th time I watched it.

There actually is a poster on here who makes an argument for it, but you can tell even he doesn't really believe it.

does this type of thing count?

my guess on what actually happened. you had seen garden state a time or two before BBT was a big deal. then you watch it after you are familiar with BBT and shelden and go, "hey that's shelden."

that shite happens to me all the time but not sure i would classify it as "learning something new." just splitting hairs here for no reason

It's already been done pretty recently. That was a funny thread IIRC.

Just started rewatching Six Feet Under. Abe from the Walking Dead is on S1EP8. And he looks like he hasn't aged a day in 13 years. Weird.

Was watching Die Hard not long ago and I didn't realize the long-haired Fabio blonde survives being hanged by McClain. He comes out right in the end all bloody and Carl Winslow pops him.
