Holy hell where does one start with this SS? My wife got me started on this and at first, it was pretty interesting. Good acting, great relationships etc. Then the spirals from hell for every character. The most predictable thing about is, if you see something nice happen, it's just a set up for the inevitable disaster about to find that person. It's almost become a comedy for me at this point. Then the virus/masking/BLM shite. Sheesh.

I am finding my reaction to be similar to Bloodline. Invested enough to want to know the outcomes, but made miserable by the downward turn of every character. Not sure how much longer I can hang on.

It wasn’t that bad for a couple of seasons then 2020 and covid and George Floyd absolutely broke that writers room. They went hyperwoke and it became so preachy

I stuck it out but kind of wish I hadn’t .

Same.

It's a shame how both this show and This Is Us went in to the woke dive and both ended much less than as good as they were.

It was pretty good at first, but I'm a sucker for those kind of shows. And as a Psych fan I tuned in to watch James Roday. But I agree, it went WAY downhill. We finished it out, just to see the outcome and because I had invested all the seasons.

You mean David Giuntoli from Road Rules and The Challenge?

And yeah by the end there were only a few characters that I cared about. They did a good job with Gary, Maggie, Rome, and I even liked Eddie by the end. Everyone else I would have been good getting hit by a truck. A bigger truck. Especially the tattoo artist lesbo.

Easily top 10 South Park episode of all time for me

Minge & Gary were some of the best written characters they've ever had.

I was in for a while.
But I have never seen a show turn so bad so fast.

When they were preaching in a episode to wear your mask, then an episode ended with George Floyd footage........ I was out forever.

I then saw the commercials of turning to a lesbian and I was so glad I was out.

Such a promising show at one time.

The woke stuff with COVID/BLM was a bridge too far.

He was the best part of the show. I enjoyed the earlier seasons the most, but really liked the whole series and wished it would have gone another season or two to wrap some of the storylines.

They did Gary dirty. He was the only decent human being in the whole bunch.

At the point we are at, he's become a bit of a jerk.
