Marvel is the San Antonio Spurs of the comic book movie industry. Long term planning, great leadership, having a unified vision and sticking to the fundamentals.
DC has none of this and they would do better to slow down and not try to be the cheap(from a critical and story standpoint) knockoff of Marvel.

I think we've moved passed the hair color thing (mostly) in iconic roles (look at 007), Adams nailed the Lane character.
However, Superman (Kal-El) is the smartest one in the room. It's only when he is Clark is he lesser than Lois. Lois makes the case for carrying the super baby by being pretty fearless which Supes admires.
We all know that Diana is the one truly worthy of the super sperm.

cumberbatch would be absolutely perfect for Dr. Strange. He was made for that role.

as stated before, strange has been presented with and without an accent previously, so I guess it wouldn't matter if a Brit is playing him.
The bigger question is which costume: original or modern(below)?
