That's a depressing article, man.
The last part though is why Netflix/Amazon/YouTube getting in to original content is a great thing. Seems like it would be easier to get good stuff made in those formats.

Only thing I'll say is that the literal structure not changing is stupid. The literal structure hasn't changed in millennia, particularly at the most basic level.
