Adventureland is really good too. Underrated, extremely.

The first time I saw Adventureland I thought it was going to be funnier. I blame the marketing. I might have liked it more had I known nothing going in.
500 Days hits home for a lot of people. Hits you in the guy a few times. Very good.

For all guys saying you liked (500) Days of Summer, you have 0 chance with HeyGirl. She said the character is a "weak man." She likes a more strong willed man than JGL in the movie.
Just FYI

I didn't like it. Not saying it was a bad movie, just that I didn't enjoy it. I also don't crave JGL's jizz like many on this board do.

pretty much tracked the relationship in the movie. As a result, I don't really want to relive it.
That really sucks man. I remember thinking when I watched it how I hope this never happens to me.

Yeah, i havent seen 500 days yet, but i loved Aventureland, especially on the second viewing
Its not for everyone because the pace is very slow but it has some funny and genuine emotional moments mixed in with a great soundtrack
The main love interest (Social Network guy and Kristen Stewart) have to be the most awkward/shy couple in movie history.
Bill Haverchuck showed hes still got it though
ETA id compare it to Youth in Revolt which was also wrongly advertised. Theres a deliberate pace to these movies that i enjoy if done right, again especially after the second viewing. Another good soundtrack as well

I enjoyed the movie. Don't always agree with what happens in it, but it's a movie I'll watch every time it's on.
