Probably pretty much everyone.
Its pretty fantastic. I know some people that "didn't get it" (ie have no clue what "noir" is), but its definitely one of my favorites.

It's an amazing piece of filmmaking, imo. JGL is great in it, as is Lukas Haas. You have to be able to get past the anachronistic style of speech and really embrace it, despite its setting. I thought the dialogue was spectacular and the whole noir feel was well done, but a lot of people didn't like it being set in present day high school.

ya the high school setting bothered the shite out of me and I couldn't get past it and stopped watching it, even though I knew what they were trying to do, it just didn't "work" for me.

It has a few really bad editing snafu's, but love the flick. Have to watch it with subtitles because I missed sooooooooooooooooo much the first time I watched it
